30 March 2009 – 3 April 2009

With the exception of Friday, which may be a vocabulary day, depending on how far we get, this week is reserved for your Fire & Ice Projects. I’ll bring in music for the background if you like and we can get comfy and get reading and journalling.

Remember that part of the point of this assignment is that it engages your AFFECTIVE reading just as much as your CRITICAL reading. I know by this point in the year, I feel like I need that, so I imagine the same is true of you.

In my honors English classes in high school we called these kinds of experiences “anti explication days.” 🙂
