Today we’ll start with the assembly in 5th and silent reading in 6th. Then we’ll talk about “Just.” My hope is that we’ll come up with a few distinct theories and evidence for each.
In 5th period–we got some small group discussion, but we didn’t get to have much large-group discussion. We’ll finish this tomorrow.
In 6th period–we got some good large group discussion and distinct evidence for some of our theories. For tonight, please list out any evidence that CONTRADICTS the two theories we spent the most time discussing.
Tomorrow we’ll finish our discussion and then have a discussion about our discussion–what we did well and what we didn’t do so well–and we’ll brainstorm some ways to fix what doesn’t work.
