Intro to Midsummer & Apple Read Day

Yesterday, we did an intro-to-Shakespeare activity. One of the most important things I think we can understand when we study the bard is that EVERY PERFORMANCE IS AN INTERPRETATION. We experimented with interpreting some of his lines in a wide variety of ways to help with that.

I was gone for our apple read day today. So sorry. I had a makes-me-throw-up migraine and there’s none of you wanna see that.

In the meantime, I’m up and a bit more pain-free this afternoon, so I put together a Sample Task 5 Proposal for the Sample Task 5 Paper. So many folks have submitted papers rather than proposals, and at this stage, a paper just muddies the waters.
